PCOS Awareness Conference aka PAC is our flagship free educational public event setup to raise awareness as PCOS is often overlooked by the public and medical professionals both locally and abroad.
This platform creates an avenue for people to learn accurate information, get support and empower themselves as advocates for the cause. The conference will bring together medical professionals, weight loss\lifestyle coaches, individuals with PCOS and their supporters to share insights, information, the latest updates about the condition and experiences.
TrimCyster
Trimcyster is a lifestyle improvement initiative that aims to help women diagnosed with PCOS on the necessary changes needed for their lifestyle; in order to improve their overall health and help reverse symptoms of PCOS through exercise, nutrition, stress management etc.

Activities include Steps Count Challenge; Tone it Up, Anti-inflammatory Detox and more.
Fertile Bank
The Fertile Bank is an initiative in response to the outlandish financial burden on women struggling with infertility.
The aim is to encourage women to put money aside periodically into an electronic savings purse solely to fund fertility treatments and connect them with grants sponsors.

There is an increasing number of women in Nigeria suffering from different forms of infertility with little to no source of funding for treatments. Such women are usually victimized and made to feel responsible for their inability to procreate.

By encouraging women to put aside money month to month via electronic means, fertile bank working to alleviate the burden on these women.

PCOS is a hormonal disorder that affects 1 in 10 women/girls of reproductive age with no known cure.
It is the primary cause of infertility as well as a trigger for other illnesses such as type 2 diabetes and various heart problems.
By providing support through our online community of women, financial support, awareness seminars and lifestyle modification coaching, we are able to empower fellow conquerors to take charge of their health.
